The Monongalia County Abandoned & Dilapidated Property Enforcement Agency is made up of several key members for the board. The agency was first created in 1998 by the Monongalia County Commission. All items are considered in accordance with County Ordinance 2004-01 and WV State Code 7-1-3ff.
